Cheryl D. White M.D.

Dr. White graduated from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her residency in Anesthesiology at the same University. After many years of private practice in that field she completed a fellowship in Pain Management at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and was awarded additional qualifications in pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr. White’s philosophy regarding treatment of chronic painful conditions requires the active participation of the patient during the process of evaluation and diagnostic testing and prescribed therapies. She believes that education of the patient is vital to the effective management of the sometimes difficult to manage condition.

Dr. White employs a multidisciplinary approach to complex chronic conditions including diagnostic imaging, testing and injections, as well as therapeutic procedures, counseling, biofeedback, rehabilitation and in certain cases short term management and stabilization of medication regimens.
